What format should my logo be in for digitizing ?
We require your logo in any one of the following file types.
• .ai for Adobe Illustrator .cdr for Corel Draw
• .pdf for Adobe PDF documents
• esp for Encapsulated PostScript
• jpg for jpeg picture files
• .psd for Adobe Photoshop files
• .bmp for Bitmap

We are able to get the best image results in the shortest amount of time from these file types.
How much does it cost?
Logo digitizing price are as follows.$35.00 a one time fee, using a left chest sized logo as an example. We also provide free editing services on a variety of fabric adjustments. We’ve shopped our competition and we want you to have the best pricing so its easy to purchase from us. Should your Logo exceed the maximum of 3,000 stitches, we will contact you directly for further review and any additional charges.  The standard Logos typically do not exceed those stitch counts unless the Logo is very large in size. Our digitizing fee covers a standard Left Chest Logo size. The complexity of your logo design will affect what we call the stitch count of your logo. The stitch count can vary from 1000-3000 stitches. Our prices are very reasonable and we guarantee our quality.
How long does logo digitizing take?
Logo digitizing can vary between 1 – 3 days depending how quickly you require your digitized logo and how complex your design is. We always do our best to meet or beat the deadline!
How do I know what the embroidered logo will look like?
With every order we will provide a free sewn out swatch or jpeg for those not local to our company. Once you approve, we move forward on the items you’ve purchased from cedarhillcountrymarket.com. This will ensure you are completely satisfied with how your logo will look before being embroidered on your garment. Our customer satisfaction record is 100%. We retain the rights to the files and protect those rights so its easy for you to place more orders using your Logo or Image. We do reserve the right to turn down orders that we know we will not be able to provide the embroidery services for. In that case your order would be refunded, if necessary. You can purchase the Digitized file from us for a nominal fee. Please keep in mind that relinquishing the files would mean that we would no longer guarantee them to another agency.
Will you re-sell or copy our logo without permission?
